Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock-West by IHG

The place was VERY clean, and the staff were super friendly. Still, the room felt sterile and had a strange layout. There was no in-room coffee maker, just two little cups for the room and none in the bathroom. I also didn’t like the sofa. It had no back cushions or pillows and felt like sitting on a school bus.

The area looked questionable while we were driving in, but I felt perfectly safe once we got to the hotel. It’s tucked away and clean throughout, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. The man who checked us in at the front desk was super nice. Nothing bad to say about the place.

Conveniently located, very clean, and nicely remodeled. I’d stay again for the quality and location. The one thing keeping it from five stars is the parking lot, one of the smallest I’ve seen at any national chain.

The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with Dove products and towels and extra linens for the pullout. Breakfast was great too, the kind of quality every Holiday Inn Express should aim for. The pool area was lovely, though the chlorine smell is strong if you’re sensitive to it. My family and I stopped overnight on our way to fort sill. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but still close to lots of things. The older gentleman at check-in was kind, and the woman at the desk when we left the next morning was super sweet. No complaints at all.
