I’ve stayed here for work regularly for six years, often one or two weeks a month, and the service has always been the thing that makes the place stand out. The rooms are comfortable, it’s conveniently located, and my stays have been reliable. On my latest visit in December, things felt even better. The room was brighter and noticeably cleaner, and a subtle scent made it feel calm as soon as I walked in. For the first time, I was welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine and a sincere thank-you for my loyalty. The changes seemed connected to manager Mia Hyman returning. Her care for the details, pride in the property, and commitment to five-star service show throughout the hotel. The staff’s professionalism and attentiveness reflect her leadership. Comfort, consistency, and genuinely great service make it a standout in Little Rock. If you haven’t stayed here, I highly recommend giving it a try.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and I liked the boutique feel. The restaurant was pretty good, too. I was disappointed, though, that there isn’t a fitness center on site.

We paid over $400 a night for two nights in the so-called presidential suite. It was gray, gloomy, and uncomfortable, with dated 1980s decor and carpets, hardly a luxury Hilton experience. The room had no suitcase rack or drinking glasses, just two coat hangers, so bring your own comforts. There was little art, and I couldn’t make sense of the cornices. A bench at the foot of the bed had legs I kept tripping over. The AC was loud and right by my head, blowing like a force 9 gale. Don’t expect much sleep. The whole place needs a quick makeover. The room should be called the “morbid grey” room, not presidential or “White House gold.” Look at the current pictures and decide for yourself. Service was poor, too. We booked two nights but got only two bath towels. We asked at 9:00 am for the room to be turned over, and by 3:00 pm it still hadn’t been cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, and there were no fresh towels, even after two calls to the front desk. The shower took ten minutes to warm up and had no heat control. The shampoo and body wash weren’t clearly labeled, with small writing that was hard to read. The hotel is off the beaten path by a car dealership, and cars and trucks roared past at night. For breakfast, we waited 20 minutes to order, 40 minutes for one plate, then another 20 minutes for the bill. It’s a la carte, with no coffee stand or buffet, and the food was cold. You can only order from the menu, which didn’t suit vegetarian or keto diets and wasn’t tasty. Table 28 is a separate restaurant, so you need a separate booking. They wanted to seat us in the breakfast room, which had about as much atmosphere as a mortician’s office. There’s no gym on the premises, either. You have to drive a mile up the road, then come back to that slow, cold shower. I’m very unhappy with this booking.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

The suite was spacious, with a safe, microwave, fridge, and desk. I’d recommend one for the extra room. The bed was cozy and the pillows were heavenly, and the shower was phenomenal. They even provide Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. The room itself was beautiful, and Table 28, the hotel restaurant, had amazing brussel sprouts. Such a wonderful stay!
