Best Western Littlefield Inn & Suites

There aren’t many breakfast guests, yet by 8 a.m. they’d run out of forks. When I asked, they said they were working on it, but I ate the whole meal without one and never got one. The bacon also took a while to come out. Then there’s a tip jar at the buffet, even though they can’t keep it stocked. This town is so small that you don’t have other places to stay, which makes the hotel’s state even more frustrating. Best Western needs to update the place and improve breakfast. They could also offer Platinum members upgrades, put coffee makers in rooms, get bigger TVs, and replace the tiny shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles with larger DOVE products.

The staff were incredibly polite and had a great attitude. The hotel is easy to reach from the highway, and I’d happily drive an extra 30 minutes to stay here again.

Front desk staff were quick and helpful, and the grounds seemed well kept. The location is very quiet and easy to get to. But room 105 smelled so strongly of cat urine that we could barely sleep. We arrived around 10:30 or 11 at night after a 12-hour drive, hoping to rest, and left after just six hours without even showering. Housekeeping must have known that room wasn’t fit to rent. At $154, we deserved better. This would’ve been a five-star stay if the room had been clean.

We booked online and got in around 3 a.m. Deborah was super nice when she checked us in. The room was fantastic, with a perfect king bed and a great shower, and the hotel was really quiet. It’s right off the highway. They have breakfast and a pool, but we didn’t have time to try either. Definitely recommend!
