The location right off the freeway exit was handy, and the A/C and ice machine worked well. But I paid $82 plus $30 for early check-in, which felt expensive given the room's problems. The toilet was broken, there were roaches, and the curtain didn't give full privacy. Power outlets were falling into the wall, the room phone wasn't plugged in, and the TV was stuck on descriptive audio for several channels. There was no maid staff, and I waited hours for towels. The parking lot was blocked off, so I had to park far away.

My car was keyed and someone took a chunk out of the hood. When I asked to review the cameras, staff got mean and nasty. The people there had bad attitudes, and everything was dirty and disgusting. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't go here. I've called the state and the health department.

After a bad storm knocked out my power, I needed a room while FPL had me without electricity for four days. A 200-year-old oak beside my power lines was involved, and the weatherhead was ripped off my house, leaving the lines on the ground. I took pictures as soon as I entered the room. The bed was clean, there were no bad odors, and the microwave, sink, and bathroom were clean. The flat screen had cable TV, and the A/C worked well, though it was a wall unit and took a while to cool the room because it was off when vacant. The only problem was Wi-Fi: it showed connected, but there was no internet the whole time. At $65 a night, I can't beat that with a baseball bat. I enjoyed my stay, and it was better than the roach motel on 90.

The bathroom has mold. This place needs a complete remodel.
