Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of choices. The waffle station was great, and the juice wasn’t watered down. Everything looked clean and tidy. The staff were so nice and helpful, and the hotel and pool area were very clean. The pool was warm too. Highly recommend.

The hot tub was such a great addition to our stay. Our rooms and the service were pretty phenomenal, and Ian deserves a special thank you for sorting everything out for us. Thanks again, Ian!

The quick, easy check-in mattered a lot since I was traveling with my cat and wanted to get him into the room promptly. I also appreciated having outdoor garbage cans for pet waste. After trying other places around here for three years, this was the best experience I’ve had. The room was so clean, which was a really pleasant surprise after some pretty terrible hotel stays in this area. My family lives nearby, and I visit every year. I’ll be booking here from now on.

The staff are what made our week visiting family feel like a home away from home. Everyone we met was pleasant and did their best to make our stay easy. At the front desk, Clarissa, Felecia, Charles, and Ian(?) were especially helpful. Ian came up to look at the heating and cooling unit because its fan wouldn’t shut off. After about 20 minutes and a quick phone call, it stopped running constantly, so we could enjoy the quiet between cycles and didn’t have to keep adjusting the TV volume. They were all great to talk to. We’ll definitely stay here on our next visit, especially since we heard an update is coming. Please just skip the foam beds that feel like quicksand. The room itself was a bit dated but neat and clean. There were a couple of loose carpet snags where the carpet met the tile, which is understandable. My only other room concern was the lack of privacy shades or curtains that close. I felt a little uncomfortable walking around in my birthday suit with only sheer curtains while people were out in the parking lot. Curtains would also block natural and artificial light. At home our neighbors can’t see our house because we live on a large property, but we still like it dark. Breakfast had a good assortment, and whenever something ran out, the staff were already replenishing it. It wasn’t exactly home-cooked, but there were plenty of nearby places to eat if it didn’t suit you. The lobby was clean and orderly, and check-in was quick. We were lucky to find a room here after the place we’d booked months earlier gave us the most disgusting room I’d seen since the days when I stayed wherever there was a cheap bed. That place certainly didn’t live up to its name.
