The front desk staff were wonderful, but the rest of the stay was terrible. We changed rooms three times. The first room was dirty and smelled horrible. The next move came after the renovation crew staying on the first floor had what sounded like a room party above us on the third floor. The desk employee said she didn’t feel safe or comfortable asking them to quiet down, so she moved us. We were told there were several men and none spoke English. We checked in at 3pm and heard loud noise, music, and what sounded like jumping until we moved at 10pm. Our third room was just okay, and still dirty and uncomfortable. We couldn’t tell if it had been renovated. The beds were awful, the sheets were too small, and the pillows smelled strange, almost like the sheets hadn’t been freshly cleaned. Housekeeping seemed annoyed that we existed. Breakfast was awful too, with everything gone. The pool and pool area were both cold. I’ll never stay here again.

We being worked on, but it wasn’t bad. Overall it was great. Room service didn’t stick to the Monday-only cleaning schedule, but they did a great job cleaning.

The room was thankfully clean, and check-in itself was quick. We arrived very late, though, and had to wait quite a while for someone at the desk to come unlock the door. As a top tier elite member, I was disappointed that we were put on the third floor with no warning about the construction. We only learned it was going on when we got into the elevators, then crashing bangs from above woke us at 8am.

The location is great, but after three stays in quick succession, each in a different room, I wouldn’t come back. One room was dirty when I arrived, with black powder all over the light switch. Its door was also very hard to close and slammed loudly. Another room had no bathroom garbage can, and the rubber piece in the garbage disposal was missing. TVs varied in size, some smart TV functions like YouTube didn’t work, and the guide was wrong about half the time. That might be a provider issue, but it should be fixed. The half-glass shower panels let water splash all over the place. The small, awkward entrance often smelled strongly of trash from the bin inside the doors. I also provided a tax-free form but was charged tax on two stays. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.
