The lobby was a comfortable place to wait for a flight, have coffee or breakfast, and get some work done. Breakfast ran from 6 AM to 10 AM, which gave plenty of time. The spread was simple: scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, pancakes, and juices. I didn’t eat much, but I was glad it was there. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had the essentials, though the furniture was sparse. There was a pull-out desk, a distinctive hanger system for jackets and outdoor clothes, and a small luggage stand to keep bags off the floor. I had a comfortable stay.

The room was very clean and the hotel is well maintained. Breakfast was good, the location was great, and having Costco right behind the hotel was especially convenient. The woman at reception was very helpful. The only drawback was hearing noise from the room next door, so the soundproofing could be better. Since the hotel wasn’t full, it might help to avoid placing guests in adjoining rooms. Apart from that, everything was great.

They checked in with me by text during my visit to make sure things were going well, and that kind of personal attention really stood out. The staff clearly cared, and the stay felt comfortable and consistent. At Tru by Hilton -Liverpool, nights were peaceful and days were quiet enough for meetings. Breakfast was hot and ready each time. I’d gladly recommend it if you’re in the Liverpool area.

A handy place for a short stopover. Staff were friendly, and the modern reception area felt welcoming. I especially liked the free Starbucks coffee machine. The room could use a refresh, but it was spacious and comfortable for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Breakfast wasn’t included, which seemed unusual for this kind of hotel.
