Downtown Llano, the river, and the little local spots are close by, but the property still feels quiet and relaxing. The owners are kind, attentive, and clearly care about making each guest's stay memorable. The place is charming and beautifully kept, with thoughtful details. Our room was spotless, cozy, and full of character. The warm Texas hospitality made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The Mustard Seed Bed & Breakfast is absolutely incredible, a hidden gem in Llano.

This was our third time at The Mustard Seed in Llano, TX, and it’s still a wonderful experience. We love the peaceful atmosphere, which makes it easy to relax, and the rooms are always inviting, comfortable, and clean. It’s a great base for Llano and the surrounding Hill Country. We always enjoy our visits and look forward to returning.

We came for the Llano Trout Release Party and stayed at Perry’s Cottage. OMGEEEEE, it was so cute and cozy, and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus!

The hot tub was lovely, and from the porch and hot tub we could even hear the Llano River falls. It felt tucked away, despite being so close to downtown. Perry’s Cottage at the Mustard Seed Bed and Breakfast was adorable and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like locally-made pastries. We loved every part of our stay!

We loved Mustard Seed so much that we added an extra night, moving from Perry's Cottage to the Ratliff suite in the main house. Both rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds and simple but well-appointed furnishings. The cotton balls in the bathrooms were a thoughtful touch, since I always seem to forget mine. We'll definitely visit again!
