Virginia made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was great. I’m particular about clean linens, and these were exceptional. It’s a great bed and breakfast for a quiet, clean stay, just a few blocks from downtown, restaurants, bars, and shopping. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight. Virginia, the owner, served a delicious hot meal fresh, and sharing it brought the guests together. The owner and property were amazing too. We had a great experience, and if you're in Llano, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend a visit!

We picked Virginia & Jack's Sandstone Street Bed & Breakfast because Llano was expected to be nearly in the center of the eclipse's path of totality on April 8, 2024. We had a lovely two-night stay and booked the Howard and Walker rooms for ourselves and our two adult children. Both rooms were comfortable and had good furnishings, plus a decent-sized fridge and microwave for heating the food we brought. With crowds expected in town, we didn't want to go out for lunch or dinner. Virginia made delicious, healthy breakfasts fresh each morning. The well-kept grounds are in a wonderful setting, with plenty of chairs, a gazebo, and a table for eating outside. We highly recommend Sandstone Street B&B for anyone staying in the Llano area.

Virginia is a talented, generous cook. She made me a different breakfast every morning, always delicious and nicely presented. She and her husband are warm, kind, and easy to be with. The house is beautiful, furnished with gorgeous antiques, and impeccably clean. The rooms also have antique decor, while the heating and air conditioning are modern and efficient. I highly recommend staying with them if you're visiting Llano, Texas.

Virginia, our host, was very friendly and made us a delicious breakfast every day. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the property was beautiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation at Sandstone Street B&B and would happily return next time we're in town.
