Check-in at the front desk was easy, and Jeremy was really friendly. The room was clean and the service was great. It’s nothing fancy, which suits me fine. I didn’t want to pay for fancy.

We had to cancel our first hotel in Atlanta, so I called and spoke with “James” at the front counter. He was helpful, booked our rooms, and was ready for us when we arrived. He sorted out our problems, and we had clean rooms, a quiet hotel, and great service. James was a nice guy.

We choose Red Roofs when traveling with our dogs because they’ve always allowed pets without a fee. This location now charges one, and the room smelled strongly of pet dander, which was really unpleasant. If guests are paying extra to bring pets, I’d expect the cleaning to reflect that. We wouldn’t stay here again.

James, the front desk clerk on third shift, was such a wonderful and much-needed help. He turned our vacation from hell completely around, and we really appreciated it. Everyone was extremely friendly. This will be the only place I stay when I visit again. Thank you all so much.

I’ve never stayed somewhere worse. When we first got to the room, there were stains on the sheets, so they moved us to another one. That room had stained sheets too, smelled strange, and had roaches. I’ll never stay at a Red Roof again. If you’re reading this, don’t stay here either. Terrible!
