The room was nice and clean, with toiletries by the shower and sink, and the hotel itself was fine. We came for a wedding, got changed, went to the event, slept, then headed out for the long drive home, so we didn't look around the property or try the amenities. The lobby and hotel were full of guests attending other weddings too, which may explain the high price that surprised me. At check-in, the woman was not very helpful. My husband had unloaded the bags while I came in with his card and ID, since his wallet was in my purse. She insisted, somewhat aggressively, that she had to physically see him. That struck me as odd, since hotels we use in larger cities often let you check in through an app and unlock the door with your phone. Mentioning this in case someone else ends up in a similar situation.

The WiFi kept dropping in and out, which was annoying, though I could manage it for one night. The room was spacious and fairly clean, with an exceptionally clean bathroom and a walk-in shower I liked. Check-in was easy, the front desk attendant was very nice, and I'd stay here again.

The WiFi was weak and slow. Breakfast was very good, though, and the staff were top notch. I also liked the coffee machines in the lobby. Each room had a large fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig, and the pillow-top mattresses were very soft with great pillows.

I usually choose IHG hotels, so I was glad to find this one. It gives you good access to Logan restaurants and shops, as well as Hocking Hills attractions. Hocking Hills Winery is only a few minutes away and is well worth a visit.

Angie at the front desk made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. She was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating, going above and beyond and setting a great tone for the stay. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable enough for a really good night's sleep. We had a wonderful experience.
