Country Hearth Inn Lomira Hotel

The location worked well for us, just off the highway in a safe area. There’s a convenience store and gas station, Taco bell, McDonald's, and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance, with Piggly Wiggly down the street. The hotel has been renovated and was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping was attentive, too. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows, including firm ones, plus blackout curtains and effective air conditioning. We also had a coffee maker, a nice TV with lots of channels, a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There’s an indoor pool, public laundry room, and an ice machine down the hall. Breakfast is free and continental. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The price is hard to beat, and I’d even recommend staying here if you’re visiting a bigger city nearby. There’s a clean bed to come back to, and the staff are friendly. The rooms have been remodeled and were clean, and the lobby and breakfast area are nice. The pool is clean, though there’s no hot tub. Breakfast is a small selection of foods to go. If you haven’t been to the Lomira Inn and suites lately, check it out. Just don’t expect a 5 Star luxury hotel, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

It’s privately owned and well managed, with a small, friendly staff. The beds were firm and comfortable, and the pillows were nice. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. The hotel was very clean, and we’d definitely stay again.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family. Jennifer, the manager, is amazing and clearly cares about the guests. Everything’s updated with modern amenities. Breakfast is grab and go, with things like Pop-Tarts, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, and bananas.
