Extended Stay America Suites Denver Park Meadows

We stayed nearly two weeks, and the room started to feel cramped after a few days. There was one armchair and one desk chair, so nowhere for two of us to sit together and eat. Most meals ended up on the bed. Some cosmetic details needed attention too, like the Formica peeling at the kitchen counter edges, but nothing stopped anything from working. The place was clean, the essentials were maintained, and checking in with a service animal was easy. The front desk was consistently helpful and courteous, and I felt they cared about our stay. Our priorities were price, cleanliness, safety, working essentials, a stress-free stay, and being close to CCRM Lone Tree Clinic, and the hotel met those needs. We’d stayed at the Inverness extended stay before, where windows wouldn’t close fully in the middle of winter 🥶, and thankfully didn’t have anything like that here. We’re booking another, shorter stay and would recommend it. For the price, a loveseat instead of the armchair would make this five stars.

I didn’t expect to be here this long, but the team has made the extended stay easy. Lorenzo helped me make online reservations at a lower rate and arranged for us to stay in the same accessible room. Jane always responds quickly and makes me feel welcome whenever I pass the desk or have a question. Craig handles several things at once while still making you feel like you’re the only person who needs help. Their issues to resolve have all been minor, and they’re quick to help with anything. Sayed has also been courteous and responsive in guest services, doing his best to get us what we need. I appreciate the whole team’s willingness to help and the way they understand that these little things make a difference. Thanks to Sayed, Lorenzo, Jane, Craig, and everyone for the teamwork.

Sayed is a great addition to the front desk. Craig trained him well, and his attention to customers is very welcome here. He’s only here on weekends, but I hope he can get more hours. So many customers love him, and he’s really appreciated by everyone. I’ve nicknamed him my “CAPTAIN.”
