A relaxing resort with great beach access and that old Florida feel. It's also a great base for seeing the special places around Sarasota.

The sunsets are to die for, and it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large and spacious, right on the gulf, with screened porches. It has that beautiful old Florida feel. We also celebrated a family birthday there.

Little Gull was a first for us, and we'll definitely come back. The cottages are lovely, with the bay or beach only a minute's walk away. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, and the beach and bay are so close.

The beach was spotless, with no trash, and there was plenty of space to walk or spread out. Even with lots of people around, it wouldn’t have felt crowded. The association provides beach chairs. We did run into heavy red tide, though, so we couldn’t stay out there long.
