SpringHill Suites Boulder Longmont

After long days on the road, the spacious, quiet, comfortable rooms were a welcome place to rest. We found the hotel spotless, modern, and well cared for, with professional staff who were warm and ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, which worked well for families. We had a wonderful stay while driving toward the Rockies. It's a great stop along the way, and I'd recommend it to families and other road-trippers.

The people here made us feel right at home while we were visiting family for a birthday. Nia has such contagious energy and good vibes, and the housekeepers and front desk staff were all wonderful. The room was simple, nothing fancy, but clean, and breakfast was the usual. If you want somewhere quiet, this is a good choice. Thanks, everyone, we'll definitely be back ❤ 😊

The front desk staff were kind and got things sorted quickly, but checking in turned into a surprising hassle. Around 6:30 pm, we opened our first room to find an unmade bed and unwrapped disposable cups. After reporting it downstairs, we were assigned a second-floor room, which was also uncleaned. We went back down again and were told we'd get a complimentary upgrade to the third floor. That room was clean, but it was the same as the one we'd booked, with no actual upgrade. Aside from that inconvenience, our short stay was fine.

I always choose Marriott when I can, but on a business trip I was booked at another hotel down the street. I'd asked ahead for a pack ‘n’ play because my infant was coming with me. When I arrived, that hotel said all of theirs were in use and they wouldn't have one until at least the next day. With my baby facing a night in her car seat, I called a nearby place to see if I could borrow one. Springhill Suites was the first hotel I tried. They briefly put me on hold to check with the manager, then said borrowing one was no problem. They had no obligation to help, but stepped in for a parent in a tough spot. Absolutely incredible. If I'm back in town, I'll only stay at this Springhill Suites. Tl;dr, I was staying at a competing hotel and they helped me out big time by lending me a pack ‘n’ play just to be nice.
