For a work trip, this was a good value for one night. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the water was hot. You can walk to a Cracker Barrel from here, so what more do you need? I'll stay again next time I'm traveling to Longview.

The woman at the front desk was very nice, but the room had bugs. I found ants on the bathroom floor, and when I pulled the curtain down, a few ladybugs fell out. There were more on the ceiling when I looked up. I gathered my things and left. At $145 for the night, it wouldn't have been worth it even without the bugs.

The kitchen service and food were our favorite part this time. Stephanie was so nice this morning and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, as usual, and it's a great spot for traveling with a little one. I always love staying at a Hampton Inn, especially with food close by.

Mason got us checked in quickly after we left another hotel in town where we think there was mold. I have a baby, so the quick help really mattered. The rooms here were spotless and the service was wonderful. The Hampton Inn was amazing, and I'd definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!

I came back for a second stay within a few days, mainly because the front desk staff are some of the nicest people I've met at a hotel. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Breakfast is another big plus, one of the best I've had at a hotel. The rooms could use some extra TLC, but I'd recommend this place for the hospitality and breakfast.
