The breakfast attendant was the best ever. She made waffles for me, brought them over with syrup and butter, and even brought coffee. The front desk greeting was warm and friendly, and someone followed up to check that our room was okay. It was a pleasant surprise for a stopover, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Calissa and Jalen at the front desk were two of the best associates we’ve ever met. They made our stay wonderful. The place was clean, safe, and convenient, and there’s a great pizza place nearby. We were traveling through and this made a great stop.

The elevators were out of order when I arrived last night with my sister and our four 40-gallon totes. The gentleman behind the desk helped us carry them, which we hadn’t expected and really appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast at the Hampton is always top tier, and the kitchen lady this morning was amazing. It felt like restaurant service. Things happen, but they made up for the downs. Everything was clean, there was lots of parking for trailers, and they took good care of us. I’d definitely recommend it. Great customer service.

Zave at the front desk was so kind and impressive when we arrived, and really made our day. We couldn’t be happier with the care we got here. The hotel feels inviting and charming, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s quiet. An awesome place to stop during a trip.

The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean, and we felt very safe. Being right off I-10 is great too. The elevator is still out, though, and that’s why I’m giving three stars. We’ve stayed here off and on for over six months while dealing with family issues between Texas and California. My husband is handicapped, and the only rooms available meant we had to take the stairs to the third floor. Not good. Fix the darn elevator!
