For a trip along the Bourbon Trail, The Hill House Bed and Breakfast made a lovely, peaceful place to come back to. The house is full of character and charm, beautifully kept, and welcoming in a way that made me feel at home right away. My room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful decor that brought together the historic feel and modern amenities. The bed was cozy, and everything was well cared for, which made for a relaxing stay.

The hosts were great and really added to our vacation. They helped us plan distillery visits, with advice on locations, drive times, timing, and places to eat nearby. Breakfast was fabulous, with the menu discussed each day. Thanks for such a lovely visit.

Jim and Cheryl were wonderful, courteous hosts, and our breakfasts were delicious. We found the accommodations very comfortable. Hill House is handy for visiting Maker’s Mark and a few other places, as long as you don’t mind driving a few extra miles. We had an excellent stay!

Cheryl and Jim bring the house’s history and quaint setting to life with their hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hill House B&B. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and after each day we could wind down in a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great, too. If you’re heading to bourbon country, check out this gem. It’s well placed for Bardstown, Lebanon, and the surrounding area, and just minutes from our favorite, Makers Mark.
