The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. We also enjoyed the beautiful views. It felt peaceful, clean, safe, and welcoming, with things for both children and adults to do. Whether spending time together, getting out in nature, or just relaxing, it suited a family trip well. I'd recommend it for a comfortable getaway.

What made this stay different was Felipe. We came to the hotel after a frightening evening at home: a strong chemical smell in our apartment was irritating our throats and making us uneasy. The maintenance emergency line told me that the unit below had been glazed earlier that day and not ventilated properly. With our two-year-old daughter, my 65-year-old mother-in-law, and my exhausted wife, I wanted us somewhere safe for the night, with a little peace of mind. The lobby was quiet when I arrived, but Felipe noticed me right away and welcomed me with a real smile. He asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and stayed calm and empathetic while I explained what had happened. He even told me a little about his own family, which helped ground me and ease my anxiety. When my wife arrived soon after, his warmth put her at ease too. We've stayed in lots of hotels, and they can feel like just a transaction, but this felt human. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The front desk attendants were really nice and patient, especially the night shift woman with the funky black heart necklace. Great location too. We were happy passing through, and I'd recommend it.
