6BD Hollywood Stars Walk of Fame Suite

My stay over Valentine’s Day weekend, February 14, was seriously affected by the valet service. My vehicle was damaged while in their care, and nobody told me when I picked it up. I only noticed afterward, and my calls since then haven’t been answered. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the room met expectations. The location was great as well. But seeing several exotic cars parked outside made me wonder how they would handle damage to a $250,000 car. Guests trust the hotel and its valet team with valuable vehicles, and that trust should be taken seriously. I hope management addresses this promptly. The way this has been handled reflects poorly on the experience, and professionalism and transparency are expected.

The location was a real highlight, with a shopping center right beside the hotel and a parking lot next door. The area felt lively and made it easy to explore West Hollywood and nearby sights. Guests also get a card with discounts for local attractions and activities, including theatre shows and Ripley’s. We stayed one night and the staff were warm and welcoming. The gentleman at reception was especially sweet and gave us a room overlooking the Hollywood Sign. The room was clean and comfortable, though the washroom felt a little dated while still being well maintained. We paid around $45-50 per person for the breakfast buffet, which wasn’t included in our reservation. It was worth it for us: tasty food, lots of choices, and a chef making fresh omelets. We had a wonderful stay and would return.

The staff were great, and we had a lovely view of the LA skyline from our room overlooking the pool and commons shopping area. There’s so much nearby, which makes this an amazing place for tourists. We stayed four nights and had a great experience. A must-stay location!

I had a great view from my room, with the Capitol Records building and Griffith Observatory easily visible. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown Hollywood, just a block from Hollywood Boulevard. I was very pleased with my week-long stay. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The skirt steak at H2 Bar and Restaurant was superb, and breakfast each morning at Preston's Restaurant was outstanding. Maribel served me there and was so warm she made me feel like family.
