The room and bathroom were spotless, which matters most to me, and the service was good. It’s a solid budget option with the basics. Hollywood Boulevard is about two minutes away, and Hollywood-Highland station is a ten-minute walk. You can hike to the Hollywood Sign in roughly two and a half hours, a great outing for teens and up. The street isn’t especially pretty, but by LA standards it felt safe.

Andres was so helpful and professional, big thanks to him! My partner and I had a great time. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it has what you need and the location puts you right in the heart of New York. I’d love to come back.

The fire alarm went off three times today, and when we needed assistance there was nobody available at the front desk. Noise was a problem too: from our first-floor room, which isn’t even the one nearest the street, we could hear people talking outside and sounds from upstairs like furniture being dragged around. There’s no elevator, so we had to haul our bags up the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I spent four nights here and found the staff warm and happy to chat or help with whatever I needed. The location is convenient, very close to Hollywood Boulevard. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was there.
