I specifically messaged C. Allen to confirm I was getting a PRIVATE ROOM, and he said I would. When I arrived in LA and walked in, my room had been given away, and nobody had notified me beforehand. He tried to make me share with someone else. If you book because you want a room to yourself, be warned.

They said the place no longer existed and that we couldn’t stay there. They warned us not to sleep on the street because it was a very dangerous area, then left us stranded.

They charged me twice for my accommodation and refused to cancel one of the payments, so they kept the full amount twice. I don’t want my money back~~~
