I got a really good night's sleep here and left feeling rested. The property was spotless and quiet, and the bathrooms were very clean and well looked after. A comfortable place to unwind.

The managers were friendly and went out of their way to keep me comfortable and sort out any problems. I also felt safe outside, thanks to the lighting around the building. Inside, it was peaceful at night, and the bathrooms had plenty of room and updated fixtures. The rates were very fair for what was offered. I’d stay here again.

I stayed for 3 months and got used to the filthy shared toilets and disgusting showers. The microwave was so dirty that I ate out all the time. The hallway smelled like dead animals, and there were homeless people with tents and carts in the view at both the front and back of the building. The owner, an Indian woman, apparently thinks her Skid Row Hotel is a Hilton Hotel, which I found hilarious. You’d be better off sleeping on the beach. I give this place -10 negative stars. If you want to know what sleeping in a trash dumpster feels like, rent here!!!

My son and I have been staying here for almost two weeks without any problems so far. It’s affordable for a short stay if you’re okay sharing a bathroom and shower, and there are plenty of them. The staff have been caring and friendly, and I haven’t had any trouble with them. I haven’t seen roaches, bed bugs, or mice. The area isn’t the best, but if you keep to yourself, you should be fine. The bathrooms, showers, and hallway are cleaned with bleach every morning. I just wish there were more motels at this price, because that could help a lot of homeless people.
