Cameo Beverly Hills Hotel, LXR Hotels & Resorts

The room had a beautiful view, and we had a wonderful stay. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, and polite throughout, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A young gentleman helped us with several very heavy suitcases. He was patient, hardworking, and extremely polite, and his help made a big difference. We truly appreciate his kindness and dedication, and thank the whole team for the excellent service. We’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

A few friends and I had a day trip to the Cameo pool side and absolutely loved it. Vanessa was our hostess and took great care of us, bringing poolside charcuterie and champagne and checking in regularly. She also let us know the pool was heated, which felt great on a slightly chilly day. I’d highly recommend the hotel for a quick day getaway.

The city view from our suite on the 11th floor was amazing, and the room felt pristine and welcoming. It had separate living and bedroom areas, each with sliding doors out to the balcony, which made having breakfast outside especially memorable. Breakfast at the hotel was fresh and delicious, and the staff were consistently professional and helpful. We were offered the suite as Hilton Diamond Members, and the Byredo products were a lovely touch. This was our first stay at Cameo Beverly Hills, and we enjoyed it so much that we’ve booked another visit in two weeks.

Sam, Jackson, and Drake have been some of the kindest, most helpful employees I’ve met. I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I’ve used its valet service several times and each experience has been excellent. During my sister-in-law’s wedding weekend, the team explained where I needed to go, brought my car around quickly, and even offered to take photos of my fiancé and me. They were friendly, professional, and thoughtful.
