You get what you pay for. The place is old and pretty bad, though the owners are chill. They also rent by the hour, which came in handy.

The room conditions were bad enough that I couldn’t sleep, and we felt sick after staying there. It smelled strongly of smoke, there were visible stains that looked like urine, and I found what appeared to be bodily fluids in a drawer. When I raised the issue, a replacement room wasn’t offered promptly, which added to my frustration. I also felt uneasy when I returned and found my belongings moved, as if someone had entered while I was out. No one had notified me. I contacted Agoda support, who acknowledged what happened and said a refund would be issued, but I still haven’t received it, and the business hasn’t followed through or taken responsibility. I’m asking for the refund that Agoda already promised, given the conditions and the major inconvenience. Please resolve this quickly and fairly. If this isn’t handled properly, I plan to escalate it and report the health and sanitation concerns to the appropriate city authorities. I’d advise others to think about these issues before booking.
