Comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay. I couldn’t work out the TV because the remote was so different from what I’m used to, but Tray from maintenance came right over and sorted it out. He showed me how to use it in case it happens again. The young man at the front desk was also really helpful when I checked in on Friday, Feb 20th. Thanks to both of them!

After a long trip, the clean and comfortable room was just what I needed. Abby at the front desk was warm and helpful and made check-in easy. Tray was kind and welcoming too, and his friendly energy stood out. The staff made everything smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend this Hilton location.

Good location with restaurants nearby, and the hotel was clean and quiet. There was no toilet paper in the room at check-in, so I had to go get some myself. Parking was free, and the internet worked adequately for business email. The breakfast buffet was small and cost $20. A decent hotel, with a few shortcomings.

The room was a nice size, but the stay was awful overall. On arrival, we hit an awkwardly placed median while turning into the parking lot, though thankfully the car wasn’t damaged. Parking was $30 a day. The kids upstairs sounded like they were jumping bed to bed, and the man next door was banging someone all night for Valentine’s Day. There was a constant urine smell in the bathroom, so we asked to move. They tried, but both replacement rooms smelled just as bad, and we stayed because hotels were booked for All-Star weekend, which we hadn’t known was happening. On our third day, after being out for about ten hours, we came back to an uncleaned room: beds unchanged, bathroom untouched, no fresh towels, and the trash we’d left out was still there. The cleaner had left for the night because it was her birthday. The shower drain still smelled of urine. They refused a refund for that day and kept sending us to a third party. Jacob, the manager, offered Hilton rewards points, but five days after we got home they still hadn’t arrived. I left my contact info so the points could be split between me and my travel partner, and nothing came through. We’re both rewards members. Terrible customer service. Breakfast was complimentary and okay. Bacon and French toast were the best parts; the fruit wasn’t sweet and the oatmeal was soggy. It was better the last day after we asked for cracked eggs instead of liquid eggs.
