After you pay, getting help can be a problem. If you’re locked out or something else goes wrong, there may be no way to reach anyone. I can imagine how awful it would be to fly in, find you can’t get inside, and have nobody answer until hours later. The place also doesn’t look like its photos, which says a lot to me about management’s honesty. Don’t book it.

If you're visiting Los Angeles, please stay at a hotel. Rent controlled apartments being rented to tourists by the night are doing real damage to our city, and it feels so wrong. The City Attorney has the tools to put a stop to it, but won't.

This was beyond anything I expected. The place I booked turned out to be a scam, and nobody helped me properly. After disappearing the next day, they lied that my booking was for the following year. The day after that, they claimed I hadn’t shown up. Places like this shouldn’t exist. Luckily I had enough resources to book somewhere else, but what if I hadn’t?

Don't stay here long term. The host was awful, inconsiderate, lied about everything, and harassed guests. It was a nightmare.
