I felt awful for the poor lady. She was just waiting for her mom to bring the money to pay, and the manager's wife kicked her out without even waiting ten minutes. The way she treats people is disrespectful, and I watched her argue with that woman. It's a shame.

There was a nasty smell coming from the mini fridge, blood splatter on the walls, and shoddy plaster repairs throughout. The curtains were substandard, and roaches came out as soon as the lights went on. All night there was traffic and noise, with gang members outside when you arrived and again in the morning. Quite a community. The room cost $100 cash even without a deposit, so I guess that's what you get.

The room was in horrible condition, so we left without staying. There was graffiti on the walls and bathroom lights, broken lights, and old furniture that had been chopped up. The air conditioning was broken too. People were sleeping in the parking lot and on the motel sidewalk. At the desk, manager Joe gave us a key to look at the room, then tried to charge $10 when we came back with it. He was a bully and seemed to be trying to rip us off for $140. Stay away.

Home away from home, this is the spot if you like the whole scene. The owner doesn't trip, and for an extra $20 he'll let you have guests at any hour. It's an old-school cash-only place that stays up all night. Just don't let the homies find out you're there, because they may knock on your door. It's cops and gangs, and when you leave, you can get pulled over for no reason. I've stayed here hundreds of times with my girl. The pink cloud is good too.
