There were ongoing maintenance problems, including regular leaks in the garage that affected the lower level. I also had concerns about some leasing practices and whether everything was being handled properly. Other tenants have had similar frustrations and are still discussing their options. I recommend carefully reviewing the lease, asking detailed questions, and keeping records. If anything is unclear, it may be worth checking your tenant rights or contacting the relevant regulatory agencies. I filed a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate and submitted documents for review. I lived at this property and signed what I understood to be a one-year lease renewal. Later I realized I'd been charged month-to-month rates, but that hadn't been clearly explained. It led to unexpected costs and confusion that I wish they'd made clear from the start.

The water gets shut off for repairs way too often. The place has smelled like sewage for the past year, and there are frequent leaks in the parking garage. Fire alarms go off too much for no reason, and every time they say they're fixing the problem. Security is no help when someone else parks in your spot. Don't live here.

I had a horrible experience at Anabelle. While I was talking and trying to get my mail, a staff member came to the door and they trapped me in a room. It almost gave me a heart attack.

Whenever I've needed something fixed, Maria has handled it carefully and efficiently, whether it was a small repair or a bigger job. She's professional, friendly, and always makes sure the work is done properly. Her positive attitude and commitment really stand out. I'm grateful she's part of our building's maintenance team. Living at Triana has been the best rental experience I've had in more than six years. The apartments, amenities, and management are top-notch. Crystal and Oscar have been supportive, professional, and easy to reach from the apartment search through signing the lease and now living here. They're amazing. Highly recommend Triana!
