The place has a quirky vintage feel, but it had everything I needed for my one-night stay in February 2026. My room was clean and comfortable, and both the daytime and nighttime staff were terrific. You're right on the boardwalk, just steps from the sand and waves, and onsite parking was convenient and fairly priced. I'd happily come back.

That rooftop is prime for people-watching, and the shower pressure was heavenly. My room was clean, and the kitchen had enough utensils for me to pretend I cook. The building's old in a charming way, and the reception crew was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to whoever was working the mornings of 5/30 and 5/31 for putting up with us before coffee. Walk out the front door and you're on the boardwalk. Just remember this is Venice Beach: it's loud and crowded, parking takes some figuring out (read the fine print), and it isn't the Ritz. Keep your expectations realistic and you'll have a blast, like I did.

Parking takes some planning. It's first come, first served, and the nearby options are expensive, so budget around $35 a night. Once you're settled, though, the place is perfect, right on the beach, and the desk staff are really nice and helpful. I'll be back.

My room was spotless, and the bed was every bit as comfortable as the one at home. The staff couldn't have been better, and I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to return as soon as I can. This lovely place is on my list of destinations to revisit. Thank you for the stay, and Happy New Year.

The kitchen worked really well, and the rooftop had stunning views. The rooms were fresh and clean, with amazing views too, and the whole place had the feel of a cozy boutique hotel. Danielle at reception was so kind and accommodating. The location was perfect.
