This place seems cared for, and the room was clean with a decent choice of TV channels. Check-in was quick and friendly at 10:30 pm, and there are lots of food options nearby. It’s a bit farther off I-5 than I’d usually go, but not bad. The parking lot is small, so a large vehicle like a moving truck may need to park at a nearby business. I checked after seeing earlier reviews mentioning roaches and bed bugs and found no signs of them. If those reviews were legit, it seems the issue has been taken care of. A good option for a quick, affordable night’s sleep.

We had a sleepless, miserable night, and when we asked for part of the cost back, the woman said there’d be no refund because we were already getting a low rate. Unbelievable. The AC started squealing around midnight, like cats fighting in the room, so we had to turn it off and then just endure the cold later. Traffic on highway 33 went on all night, and the big trucks actually shook the building. Don’t stay here!

Stay away! We found mold on the bed, and the rooms smelled like an Indian restaurant that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We asked for a refund but didn’t get one, and there was an additional fee. The staff were very rude, and there were bedbugs.

They let me check in at 2:30 am, which I really appreciated since I could barely keep my eyes open. It was an inexpensive bed in a pinch, with a comfortable mattress and good pillows, though the room was small and sparse. I could run just the fan, which I liked, but after it ran all night I looked inside and, yuck, I shouldn’t have. The room needed a deep clean, and the bedcover had cuts and cigarette burns. The shutters were clean and fresh, but let in all the morning light. There was no hot water. I’m okay with a cold shower, but if you aren’t, check before settling in.
