The Dragonfly Chapel gave us exactly the calm, secure place we wanted while visiting family, and it worked so well for our family get-together. The kids loved the muffins our host brought, and they were so taken with the comfortable, fun space that they got up early on our last morning to enjoy the amenities before checkout. What an amazing place.

We felt like we were staying with thoughtful family who really cared about us. Joe and Dawn were lovely hosts, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was just right, too. We’ll remember this stay and hope to come back.

The Sunflower Casita was a great room, with robes, extra towels, adjustable AC and heat, and even an electric fireplace. When we asked, they brought a steamer and iron for our clothes. Dawn and Joe also welcomed us with fresh Banana Chocolate muffins and asked about allergies and our preferences for plant based or alternative creamers for the cute continental breakfasts in the rooms. They were so accommodating and hospitable, and such nice people. We were in town for a friend's wedding just a few streets away, so the location was ideal for us. Casa Rodena Winery was also just a short Uber ride away. The enclosed back patio opened onto the rest of the beautiful property, and there was a personal parking spot if we needed it. The building and well kept courtyard garden look magical together. There’s even a little frisbee golf basket off to one side for laid back games and hanging out. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip, maybe for the balloon festival if we can make it!

The smoothies were so delicious, I can’t rave about them enough, and the host is always just a text away if you have a question or an issue. The rooms are amazing, and she gives you loads of information about how things work in your room, along with everything you could think of for a hotel stay. It’s such a homey, relaxing, beautiful place. Stunning barely covers it. I’ll stay here every time I come to ABQ.

I’ve been back a handful of times since 2022, and somehow I kept putting off this review. This place really feels like a sanctuary. The property is beautiful and calming, and the hosts are so thoughtful and accommodating. Dawn pays attention to every detail and has such a lovely presence. It’s a treat to get away from the city, with nature and plenty of laid back things to do nearby. Having a yoga studio right on the property is fantastic, too. Definitely treat yourself to a massage while you’re here. We always look forward to coming back!✨
