Aloft by Marriott Louisville Downtown

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The location was nice, the hotel was clean, and the service was exceptional. We had a mishap on our end while departing, and the manager was super kind and understanding while helping us. The grill for breakfast sandwiches was exceptional too. We were in and out too much to try other food, though we saw it and it looked and smelled great.

We arrived very late, and the person at the front desk was courteous and extremely helpful. Walking in, the fireplace and cushy seating made the place feel relaxing. There’s a nice bar, though it was closed by the time we got there. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable for a rest before continuing our trip. Food service is available, but we left too early to try it. The downtown location alone makes the stay worthwhile, and parking is conveniently across the street.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and Charon was amazing, easily the nicest receptionist I’ve seen in ages. Rooms were clean and the water pressure was good. There weren’t many hot breakfast choices.

Charon and Katy were so kind, from suggesting places to visit to helping us get hot chocolate when the machine was down. Everyone was friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view, and the food was amazing. We’d come back!
