Hotel Bourré Bonne Louisville, Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel’s new to Louisville and is already doing BIG things. We felt welcome the whole time we were here for the holidays downtown, and we’ll be telling everyone we know who travels to the area about Louisville Bourre Bonne. Book in advance, because it’s getting popular fast. The team was TOP NOTCH, from room service, concierge, and valet to management. The rooms are beautiful and stocked with anything you’d expect from a classy hotel, plus more. The restaurant deserves its own review. We only planned to eat there one evening, but had the food four times because the experience was so good. GM Tony and Executive chef Henry are the best in the biz. Ask for waiters Robbie and Jen, and Collin behind the bar kept our glasses filled and was always smiling. I can’t say enough about how good the stay was. This is a MUST experience hotel.

We visited Hotel Bourre Bonne in Louisville on Jan 23, 2026 for my boyfriend’s birthday, and had a wonderful night out. They brought champagne up for him when we arrived. Restaurant Bourre Bonne was the most gorgeously decorated restaurant I’ve been to, and the staff were attentive and polite. Dinner was cooked perfectly, and they brought him an amazing cheesecake at the end to celebrate. I highly recommend it for a special occasion when you want a night away without going too far.

For our anniversary, I took my husband here for a weekend away. It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff and a good location, within walking distance of Whiskey Row. We still can’t stop talking about the restaurant’s food, and Shayna was absolutely the best. Highly recommend staying here, and you have to eat at the restaurant!

The rooms are spacious and spotless, with sturdy sliding doors that stylishly separate the bathroom and bedroom. There’s an iPad for room dining orders, requests to the front desk, and more. I loved the leather patchwork backdrop behind the room numbers, too. It’s one of my favorite places to stay in Louisville, with beautiful design and art that reflects the city’s history and community. The staff made the stay even better. Jasmine went above and beyond at check-in and pointed us toward good local spots. Jack, the concierge, made a personalized list of cigar lounges, which made the visit more memorable. Gina in the hotel lounge was warm, friendly, and always eager to help. And AJ at the bar gave me bourbon tastings I won’t be able to find back home. Don’t underestimate a whiskey tasting there! Bourre Bonne Hotel brings together comfort, character, and exceptional service. Great experience.
