If you really want to deal with these issues, provide a direct way to reach you. The stay was a disappointment. The room was in poor shape and smelled foul. Advertised services, including shuttle times, room service, and a focus on cleanliness, weren't provided. It felt more like a Motel 8 than the experience they advertised. Staff were scarce, and because I'd booked through a travel service, I was told the hotel couldn't do anything. I need a handicap room, and housekeeping's lack of care in the shower was the last straw. The exhaust fan was filthy. The handicap shower head had been left at the top of its pole, higher than the regular head. How was I supposed to reach it alone? I climbed up and brought it down. I left it there, along with the empty bottles of supposed product lining the bathroom.

The only thing I missed was a microwave in the room, but it wasn't enough to put me off staying again. The staff were friendly and even sent a fan up after we'd driven to a couple of dollar stores looking for one and couldn't find it. I really appreciated that. It's a great place to stay, with clean rooms and free parking. I'd definitely come back.

We had a good time at the restaurant, thanks to David, the host, who was so cool and good-natured. Our servers, Izzy and Wendy, brought smiles and hot food each day, and we really enjoyed their service. Breakfast buffets were good too, and the cleaning crew kept our rooms well maintained. The whole Crown Team gave great service, and we'll definitely be back. My parents and I stayed last weekend, Dec 12-14. Everyone we met was wonderful and helpful every day. Max and George both helped us a lot. We unexpectedly needed a wheelchair, and they jumped right on it. They also made sure we had extra help with the shuttle. Koffe got us safely to and from the conference center more than once, and he was the kindest gentleman.

George was a real gem during my business trip. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed and was always a friendly face to see. The hotel staff are among the best I've come across. Make George manager ASAP!
