We liked the view and had a good stay. The staff were great, and when our smoke alarm started chirping, they came quickly to troubleshoot it. The condo was clean, though the furniture wasn’t very good and might get upgraded eventually. It was nice that pets were allowed, even if there was only a small sandy area for walking dogs. The pot smoke did spoil our time on the balcony.

The woman at the desk was super friendly, and the place is right on the beach, close to everything. But in unit 306, the air conditioning stayed around 72 to 73 and wouldn’t go lower. We mentioned it and they acknowledged the problem, but nothing changed, so we had to buy fans after paying almost $2,000. A guy said he’d take care of us, but didn’t, and I think some kind of reimbursement was warranted. The elevator was extremely slow. Our room had no TV, only a very small window and three lamps. The washer made an awful noise, though they did fix it. The curtain rods were bent and the fridge was rusty. For that price, we shouldn’t have had to buy extra cooling.

I’ve spent many years in 407 and love this place. It’s a private-feeling spot with a wonderful view, a nice pool, and a great location for getting anywhere.

The pool stayed murky all week, and there were holes in the walls. Dog poop sat on the stairs for three days. The fridge didn’t cool when I reported it, nothing was done, and the cold side of the bathroom sink didn’t work. Needs updating. I wouldn’t recommend it.
