Regency Towers PCB Condo: Beach Access & 2 Pools

The balcony view of the beautiful, nearby beach was a highlight, and the condo itself was nice. Inside, though, the floors felt disgusting and were dirty, the beds were so uncomfortable, and the hot water didn’t stay hot. The sinks wouldn’t drain, the toilets wouldn’t flush, the TVs throughout the condo didn’t work, and the lock keypad failed. We got stuck in the elevators three different times, then had to carry all our stuff down the stairs when leaving because they wouldn’t work. There was construction everywhere, with paper and tape on the elevator floors, and the front desk staff were extremely rude. It definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid.

The drinks and food at the tiki bar were amazing, and the pools and rooms were really beautiful. It had a fun family atmosphere even during the busy season. The building’s a little bit over there, so the elevators did mess up some, but they were quick to fix any issues during our stay.

We had a lovely room with plenty of space for our family of four and a great beach view. The staff were friendly, and the pool was warm. It was also nice being near the state park for a sunrise walk. We were glad our room was on the second floor since the elevators went out of service a few times during the week.

The beach was easy to get to from these clean, comfortable condos. There are two large pools, a big hot tub, an exercise room, and a billiard room, plus the bar had good drinks. We’d definitely come back. Parking costs $40.
