ResortQuest Rentals at Seychelles Beach Resort

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had great furniture. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores, with schooners right next door and reachable from the beach. The short walk from the pool area to the beach was the quickest I’ve seen. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to come back. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces in the garage, which uses key code entry. The beach gate and building doors also use key codes.

A condo is the way to go if you’re staying on the beach. This one had the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, full kitchen, ocean-facing balcony, beach service, pools, and a hot tub. It was really nice, except for the bed. The mattress was so firm it felt like sleeping on a concrete slab.

We’re staying on the 21st floor now. The view is great and a few places are nearby, but the condo is awful. It’s badly outdated and smells terrible, like mold and mildew. The dishwasher doesn’t work, the stove is broken, and there are holes in the doors. The front-loading washer is full of mold, too. The balcony was supposed to have furniture, but it only had two mismatched metal chairs that were rusty and busted. This place is nowhere near clean or nice. Don’t book 2105, you’ll be disappointed. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The whole building feels outdated and badly needs upgrades, and service basically doesn’t exist. The balcony rail was about three inches from both walls. We had to pay cash for a parking pass because they wouldn’t take a card. I almost couldn’t get one since all the offices close an hour before the latest check-in time. The office inside the building was also shut during its posted open hours. I’d stay somewhere else.
