After six years away for college and life, it felt good to return to our annual childhood spring-break spot. We stayed in unit 1502, with an amazing balcony view, two bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Leave the balcony door cracked and you can hear the peaceful ocean; the area is super quiet. From the 15th floor, it’s about a three-minute walk out to the beach. The location is convenient, with Walmart around 15 minutes away and plenty of restaurants a short drive off. Remember to display your parking pass in the windshield, they do check. We had another amazing vacation, and this will always be our go-to condo in PCB.

Unit 1204 worked well for our larger family, with three bedrooms, a bathroom for each, and enough room for everyone to spread out. Coming in from the beach, it was handy for everyone to have space to wash up. The condo was clean, though it could probably use a deep cleaning. Nothing was nasty. The beds were nice, the balcony was big, and having a washer and dryer was great. Water pressure could’ve been better, but it wasn’t horrible. It’s on the quieter end of the strip, with lots of families and quiet nights. Beach access is easy. The pool felt pretty cold at night. No place is perfect, but we really enjoyed our stay and definitely want to come back.

Beach access was easy, and the place was very clean, with a nice pool and hot tub. Hot water for showers ran out really quickly, which was my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in a wonderful condo.

Getting to the beach was easy, with chair rentals, banana boat rides, and parasailing right there. Our beds and pillows were comfy, and the main shower was much nicer than the master. The hot tub is tiny and seems loud. We could see a great view from 1710, though the patio blocks the sunrise. The two elevators were crazy fast, and we never waited more than a few minutes. There was an unpleasant smell when we first arrived, but it went away by the time we reached the elevator. The stay was exactly what we wanted.

We checked in July 21 thru 28, and the condo was filthy, nowhere near worth 2300.00. I called that night to report its condition and ask for a refund. I was willing to move to another location, but the person who answered treated me very poorly. A housekeeper came the next day, swept the floors, cleaned the master bathroom, and semi-cleaned the other bathroom. Its knob fell off. She said maintenance would come the following day, but no one came, so we had only one bathroom to shower in for the whole week. The room was nothing like its description. The leather couch didn’t fold out, and the other couch was worn and smelled of mildew. The master bedroom dresser was broken and bowed in the middle, making the drawers hard to pull out. There was a horrible amount of mold in the bathroom. Only one bedroom lamp worked, making it hard to see, especially for my handicapped husband. The dishes were cracked and worn, like they were 20 years old, and needed replacing. The silverware was nasty. The bar chairs were severely rusted, with small shards that could cut someone. The living room needed more lighting, and the patio screens were torn in several places. There were rusted, broken chairs on the patio. I’m attaching pictures of the mold and everything else I mentioned. The condo wasn’t very handicap friendly either. There were no railings along the hallways to help, and the walls were slippery with grime and needed a good cleaning. There was no sign in the condo or facility saying smoking on the balcony was prohibited. The signs only said no smoking inside the condo, in the elevator, or in the pool area. Still, people complained, and security had no clue what the rule was. They said it was the guests’ preference to smoke in the entrance, which seems even more of an issue than smoking on the balcony. They complain they can’t keep a cm, and the place is poorly run. I left a bad review on vrbo, but it still hasn’t been published.
