Best Western Plus Tech Medical Center Inn

I found this a good budget option while visiting the school. The location made it easy to look around campus and nearby apartments, and I always found parking near the front. Staff were nice, too. My room was clean, and the breakfast was decent enough to get me going. It wasn’t fancy, but each day there were eggs, potatoes, and either sausage or bacon, plus things like fruit, toast, oats, and other options. Wi-Fi occasionally dropped in and out, though it wasn’t a big deal. The gym is small but works for a quick full-body workout and light cardio. I saw people using the pool, which looked clean. Housekeeping was by request; I just told the front desk when leaving in the morning and had no problems. I’d recommend it to grad or law students visiting on a budget.

During a 3,500-mile vacation, this was the best hotel we stayed at. The welcome at reception was pleasant, and the room was spotless and smelled good. It’s pet friendly, so I know you sometimes have to be cautious, but this place was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless as well. Breakfast was free and full, with just about anything you could imagine, and an attendant kept wiping things down and restocking.

We stayed one night and loved how quiet it was. It’s off the loop, with not much right around it, which suited me. There are plenty of restaurants and a Walmart farther down the road. The room was very clean and cozy, and the woman at the front desk was so nice.

The hotel itself was great for our weekend, but the trouble started after checkout. I realized we’d left a few things behind, including a leather fringe dress, and called right away. They confirmed they had my belongings and said I only needed to arrange a carrier pickup. Several weeks later, I still don’t have anything. I’ve called the hotel multiple times and emailed the shipping label. I even paid for and scheduled a second pickup after the package wasn’t ready the first time. Now it’s pickup day again, and they say they can’t find the box of clothing. I’m not happy at all.
