We had the whole weekend at Waverly Estate through the Estate Package, and that made everything feel easy and unhurried. The Sunday breakfast for our bridal party was such a nice extra, especially the French toast casserole. They also had pastries and yogurt ready the morning of the wedding. Sarah was wonderful whenever we had questions, and she and the staff kept the day running smoothly. We got married in the chapel, had cocktails on the patio, then celebrated in the greenhouse. Each space had its own charm and worked beautifully with the next. We were lucky to get a sunny 51-degree day on January 17, 2026, just six days before a huge ice storm. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding at Waverly Estate.

Getting to stay in the house all weekend with our closest friends made the wedding so much fun and gave us memories we’ll keep for a long time. We had our February 2026 ceremony in the chapel, which felt just right for us and had lovely natural light. The venue is beautiful, and we were glad to use several vendors they recommend. That saved us some of the work of searching for vendors. Sarah was quick to respond when anything came up, and everyone who joined us has said wonderful things about the wedding weekend. The experience was everything I’d hoped for.

The estate house was the center of everything for our daughter’s October wedding, with rooms for the bridal party, dressing areas upstairs and in the basement, and a nicely equipped kitchen. We had the rehearsal dinner on the house patio, then held the ceremony beneath the grand tree. The grounds offered memorable spots for photos, including the charming chapel, and the greenhouse was a great place to finish the evening reception and party. We had the estate for the full weekend and could use its different settings throughout the event. The weather and facilities were both perfect.

The historic home has so much character, and it still felt cozy for the weekend. The greenhouse and the tree on the grounds were exactly what I wanted for my garden wedding. Waverly Estate is just beautiful. Sarah, the owner, was so sweet, accommodating, and helpful. She was easy to reach throughout the planning process. We’ve recommended Waverly to our engaged friends and will keep doing so. Thanks for everything!

We knew Waverly Estate was the place for us as soon as we toured it. The package was great, and having a planner included was a big plus. The staff were kind and professional, and staying at the venue Saturday night took some of the stress out of the wedding day. It rained a few hours before the ceremony, but we were still able to have it outside, which we loved. The night before, our wedding party stayed at their Main Street properties. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was beautiful and accommodating, just steps from the venue. We loved every moment of the day.
