I always make time for a walk on the path around the lake. The lodge sits in such a lovely natural spot, and the rooms feel peaceful and comfortable, with a fireplace and a place to sit. The staff are friendly and the service is exceptional.

We spent two days there for our EOS annual planning session, and the setting worked really well. Mandy made us feel welcome and had everything organized. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, and walking around the lake during breaks helped everyone stay refreshed. I'd happily recommend it for a retreat.

Our families were already talking about coming back for a reunion before the weekend was over. We loved the whole wedding weekend, from the spacious, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast to the clean, peaceful lake and trails that feel natural but are well maintained. The heater in the huge bathroom was a great touch, too. We'd decided Rockwell Lake Lodge was our wedding venue on the drive in. We arrived just after peak fall color, and the view was still incredible. The moment we stepped out of the car, we knew. I even mentioned in my vows that Rockwell was “the one.” Then we met Kris, who was so sweet and caring, and later Mandy, who took over the planning and coordination. They were both warm, patient, knowledgeable, understanding, creative, flexible, and incredibly helpful. From booking a year ahead through our emotional checkout, they made us feel cared for. Mandy made sure things were handled even when they weren't technically her responsibility, so I hardly had to worry on the day. What I wanted seemed to fall into place because of her. Kris and Mandy alone would have made it feel like the right venue. I can't thank everyone at Rockwell Lake Lodge enough. I'd choose it for our wedding again and again, and I can't wait to come back.

We had our wedding at the lodge with 30 people there, and most of our guests stayed on site. Everyone enjoyed the lake and fire pits, and we took a ride around the property where we saw lots of deer. Mandy and Chris were especially fantastic, and the rest of the staff were great too. Our guests were delighted with the weekend, and the accommodations exceeded what they expected. I wouldn't change a thing.

The staff were so cordial and accommodating, and breakfast the next morning was divine. We stayed on a snowy January evening, and our room was warm, cozy, and really comfortable, with a view over the lake and trees. We even saw a deer wandering by. Such a lovely place to stay. Can't wait to return.
