Yukon Trails RV & Camping Resort

We ended up here on a last-minute camping trip at the end of summer vacation, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The store in the main office had everything I’d forgotten, and the kitchen made amazing food. The campground was clean and nice, with a pool and playground. I’m confident this’ll become my family’s go-to camping spot.

We stayed in Wren, and it felt a lot more spacious than I expected. The pullout couch worked perfectly for me while my mom took the bedroom. She’d always wanted to sleep in a shipping container, so we came to Yukon Trails for her birthday and had a wonderful stay. We felt welcome, and there was a small store with anything you’d need, plus trails to explore. We just missed the weekend events because the season was ending, which was a shame since I wish we could’ve joined in. It’s close to the highway for getting to the Dells, and I’d love to come back with my partner during camping season next year.

Ralph and Anita and the employees are wonderful, accommodating, and always willing to do anything for you. We love Yukon Trails and have a great time every year, with weekend activities, movie nights, a nice playground, and clean, refreshing pools. This was our 12th year, and we always book the same spot for Halloween weekend. In October 2024, though, we noticed a lot of the open permanent sites were abandoned and empty. The campground is otherwise the best around, but the restrooms are in bad shape and keep us from staying longer. The showers are small and dark, and they aren’t handicap accessible. The men's toilet was having sewer issues, and these are the worst restrooms of any campground in the area. I wish corporate would spend the money on new ones. Ralph & Anita and the staff work endlessly and deserve it. New restrooms would make Yukon Trails number 1.

Really handy for visiting downtown the Dells, and there are lots of summer activities. Renting a golf cart makes it easier to get around. We had a 45ft camper, but I’d only recommend bringing one 35-foot or smaller if you want to maneuver around the park. Starlink wouldn’t work at our spot 111. You really need to be in the 1st row to get past the tree line.
