The room smelled awful, and the towels were dingy with hair all over them. The whole interior badly needs renovation. Customer service was horrible. I felt like the staff were judging me, though I can't say whether it was because I'm Black. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't book here again.

I felt completely uncomfortable staying here. The staff were rude and awful, and they were so nosy and demanding.

I paid $90 for the room in advance, then found out there was a $200 security deposit. As a world traveler, that's the biggest one I've ever encountered. Nobody should have to discover that at a no-name mom-and-pop motel after paying. I ended up sleeping on the street, hot and sweaty, because this property is ridiculous. The deposit ought to be disclosed, and this feels like it should be illegal. A four-star hotel asks for $50, while this roach coach wants $200. For a few dollars more I could have stayed at the damn Marriott. I'm done with places like this. I tried to help the local economy, but from now on I'll stick to name brands rated three stars and up. These people are a joke. DON'T BOOK HERE!

I reserved through the agoda app and was charged there. When I arrived, the receptionist said he couldn't access the agoda system and asked me to pay again. I believe he scammed me. This place is a total scam!

The motel was dirty, and the husband and wife running it were extremely rude. They had no customer service skills and seemed cold-blooded, ready to attack me in any way. I'm never coming back.
