Lauloa 407 2 Bedroom Condo

We loved waking up and winding down with those unmatched lanai views. The condo itself was updated and amazing, with the best-stocked rental kitchen I’ve ever seen. Luxe Maui Properties also supplied beach chairs, an umbrella, and light beach towels, which came in handy. The grounds were so well kept that we didn’t realize the lawn was real grass until our second day. The building exterior could use updating, but inside was completely modern. I’d stay again in a heartbeat and hope I get the chance.

The pool was quiet and clean, and the grounds were cared for, with a small set of steps down to the water. Watch your footing there, since both the steps and rocks can be slippery. We found the place peaceful enough for morning yoga, with a few people fishing nearby. Inside, the condo was spotless and well looked after, with plenty of useful things: a shower and bath, laundry, dishwasher, kitchen gadgets, fans, and a large railed balcony. The outside looked dated, so we weren’t sure what to expect at first. We had a fantastic view and would happily return.

The water views and sunsets were beautiful, and the setting felt really peaceful. I stayed in an Airbnb in the complex, and the location was amazing. We also got to watch whales.

We slept with the windows open on the top floor, listening to the ocean with a cool breeze and soft music. The sunrises were unbelievable. This is a quiet local condo complex right on the water, not a resort, and each unit is privately owned. The pool shuts at 9 each night, which gave us a reason to walk the shoreline in the evenings. Great restaurants and the Ocean Aquarium are about 1,000 feet away. It’s a lovely place to stay if you can find a unit.
