I enjoyed my stay and plan to come back. It was quiet and very clean, even in a smoking room, which smokers will understand. I hesitated because of the reviews, but if people smoke, they should use the ashtray instead of burning holes in the bed covers.

The main problem was the towels and washcloths. They looked dirty and nasty, and the desk clerk said he'd talk to housekeeping. The room itself was okay, and the night staff were good. There were no clothes hangers, and although an ironing board was there, there was no iron. I wish I could post the pictures.

Housekeeping came by to keep the room tidy, and it was clean. The place felt safe, the staff were nice, and the general atmosphere was good. I was pretty worried after reading the other reviews before booking, but there was nothing to worry about. I'd recommend staying here if you're on the fence, and I'll be back. Thanks, everyone.

The room smelled strongly of bleach when I arrived, though that faded during the night. On the second day, with a limited cleaning crew, the bed was left unmade and smelled of men's Axe antiperspirant when I got in. I suspected someone had slept in it. The bathroom had been cleaned, despite the manager first telling me my room hadn't been, then learning from his crew that it had. He didn't call me a liar outright, but the way he spoke felt that way, and most people don't appreciate that. There were only two quarter-rolls of toilet paper on each holder each day, not enough if you had stomach trouble. By day two I was using backup tissue, as women do. I'm retired military, so I didn't leave my belongings in the room while I was out. I booked three nights but stayed only two. I also couldn't find the ADU room request option on my phone, so I put the request in the comments. I later learned it was visible on a laptop. The manager didn't believe me and said only a double-bed ADU room was available, with an extra charge for the second bed. Take heed.
