I had reservations for the day I arrived, but after a long flight and eight hours of driving I found the hotel seemingly deserted at 8:30 pm. The lights were off and nobody was around. A note on the door mentioned renovations and noise all day, though the door was open, so I went in. There was a phone with a sign saying to dial zero, but I got an error message. A man came down the hall, didn't answer when I asked if he worked there, and left. After a while he returned with another man, who went behind the desk and looked up my reservation. He asked if the second floor would be okay. I asked whether they had an elevator, and learned they didn't. All the first floor rooms were “being renovated.” I use a cane and had a 50 pound suitcase, and said I couldn't manage the stairs. He cancelled the reservation, leaving me with nowhere to stay at 9 pm. I don't know why no one contacted me about the situation or was available to check in guests with reservations. I'd stayed there the past three years, but won't return.

I felt safe here and slept well. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked, and the front desk clerk was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was good too, with hot waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, juice, and coffee. A great affordable place.

After car trouble, I checked in in the middle of the night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The motel didn't smell like weed. Breakfast was the usual hotel kind. 10 out of 10, I'd recommend it.

I've stayed at hotels around the country, and these people are the friendliest. They're not Americans, and I really appreciate how completely friendly they are. I came back to the front desk on Friday about the bad note I left. DHROU Patel was very apologetic because management had seen the review. When I entered the room today, it was picture perfect and smelled good. I had no complaints about the smell or the room's appearance, and the bathroom, toilet, and shower were clean.

For a Super 8, it was very clean. The older man at the front desk was so nice, and check in and out were quick and easy. I checked the room and everything was clean, with no bugs at all. The bed was adequate and the AC worked just fine. Fair price, and they offer breakfast in the lobby. We'll stop again if we need to.
