The location was superb. It was under a 10-minute walk to John's Pass, though most places there close around 9-10, with maybe two bars open later. We loved being able to step straight onto the beach. Service was friendly, the room was clean, and the pool and deck were beautifully maintained. The fridge was the one problem: there was a lot of milk and dirt in the bottom of the door shelf, so it hadn't been wiped out well. The bed was okay, and I've stayed in much worse. There were plenty of plates, cups, and utensils, though the studio had no cooktop. The elevator in the far building was very slow but worked. I wish the pool and hot tub stayed open past 9. We'd definitely return.

The staff made our long weekend especially pleasant. Jeremy was wonderful from check-in, and even sent home some things I absentmindedly left behind. The ladies looking after the rooms were very sweet and kind, despite being busy. The rooms were lovely, modern, and very clean, and the pool area was beautiful and well kept. It would be even better if the back fence were plexiglass or slats so you could see the lovely ocean view. My family enjoyed every bit of our stay, and we'll definitely be back.

We've stayed three times and it's always wonderful. The beachfront rooms are comfortable, with beautiful views and sunsets. Both pools and the hot tub are kept up well, and the rooftop lounge is nice. It's missing just one thing, a bar, but that's okay since Johns Pass is a quick walk away!

We came back for a second night a few days later so we could enjoy the hot tub, since it was too chilly to use the pool or hot tub on our first night. The room was clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay, with a mini fridge and microwave. The shower had hot water and great pressure. You can't beat the location, just steps from the beach, which made morning walks perfect.

This place is a typical Florida motel, but a bit above average, and seems to have been fixed up recently. Everything was clean and working, and the rooms were good. The pool area was great. There's no lobby or breakfast, so keep that in mind. For this kind of place, I don't have anything to complain about, and I'd recommend it.
