The pool was nice, and being beside the beach gave us a great view of Treasure Island. But room 504 sits on the main drag and was noisy. The rooms are badly dated and need attention. The guest-room bed was broken for three days, even though the front desk already knew when we checked in. The maintenance man said he hadn't known about it, and we ended up buying supplies and a drill to repair it ourselves. Parking is tight, with only one space per condo. The room also felt too small for two double beds, so expect to bang your toes and shins.

We loved the stretch of beach here, and there are lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The pool was nice too. Our corner unit, 206 in building 2, looked toward the public beach parking lot, with a view of the drawbridge opening and boats passing through the inlet. On Friday, though, we could hear teenagers causing a disturbance in the lot. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough towels, utensils, and cooking supplies. There were four boogie boards, but no beach chairs. The unit needed a deep clean and the furniture had stains. We also found two cockroaches. The manager responded quickly and had an exterminator treat the unit within 24 hours. I'd probably choose a different condo next time.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely view, beautiful sunsets, and a great pool. At $2,600 a week, though, the broken dishwasher really needs replacing. It didn't even get the soap wet, let alone clean the dishes. One glass square on the table broke because it was so thin and fragile, the doorknob came off, and there wasn't a broom to sweep up. That's my only complaint, honestly. We love BEACH PLACE, and I highly recommend it as a vacation destination. Please fix the appliances!

The noise was easily the worst part of our stay in room 205. People in the parking lot below were coming and going at all hours, honking, revving engines, shouting, fighting, and blasting music. The upstairs neighbor was loud too, with every step sounding like heavy weights hitting the floor. Someone called these condos college dorms, and that felt accurate. If you're looking for quiet and a relaxing stay, I'd stay far away. If you want to party late and don't care about luxury, it might suit you. It wasn't worth the high price. We were told the unit was beachfront, but it actually faces the bridge. There's only a small glimpse of ocean, so it isn't a beachfront room. Inside, the condo is dated and needs updating. The beds squeaked and weren't comfortable, the furniture was worn, and a bedroom lamp didn't work. There isn't overhead lighting in the bedrooms, some switches do nothing, and each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper. I've attached photos of the dirty areas and the so-called beach view. I wouldn't stay here again.

Madeira Beach itself was beautiful, and I'd gladly return to the area, just not to this condo. My family and I stayed in beach place 510, the building facing the water, from 7/14-7/21. It was our first visit and will be our last. We hope these problems get addressed. The condo was filthy. Sand was on the floors and couches, and the dining chairs were gross. A puddle on the balcony collected sand as soon as we opened the door, an outdoor chair was broken, the table was rusty, and the railing was loose from the wall. I didn't feel it was safe for my children to go outside. The elevator worked for my sister and mom when they arrived, but not when the rest of us got there. We had to carry luggage up five flights with a baby and an elderly woman. The elevator failed several other times too. After we came back from the beach, we found a fan blade on the master bed, as if it had fallen while we were out. That seemed like a safety issue. What if one of us had been on the bed and hit by it?
