The host was great to work with, and the place was clean with everything we needed. There’s a handy 7-11 gas/convenience store across sidestreet (144th). Getting to Madeira Beach was easy, even for a G'ma like me with a small child. Cross the highway, which is very busy but set up safely for pedestrians, walk through a small parking lot for public beach access parking, and you’re there. My photos are of Madeira Beach. I took some of the condo too, but can’t find them and will add them later!

We were there for a four day Nov trip, and the unit was move-in ready with all the amenities and necessities we needed. The complex is older and a little dated, but we couldn’t ask for more. We’d stay here again, in unit 305. The location is beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the Gulf, though traffic below was a little noisy. Several eateries, a convenience store, and coffee shops are within walking distance, and nothing is far by car.

We had a relaxing week in a clean, comfortable condo with an unobstructed beach view. I’d definitely stay here again.

Take photos as soon as you arrive if you rent one of these condos. I booked through Gulf Reality and dealt with Olga. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I found her completely dishonest. The rentals aren't properly maintained, and when something's wrong, they put the blame on you. The photo shows what the toilet looked like when I got there. Beware.

The condo was clean, well equipped, and really close to the beach. We also got beautiful sunsets, and our hostess was gracious and helpful during our two-night stay with friends. But Mark from Illinois kept showing up at our condo and stalking us. Creepy, obnoxious guy. Apart from that, we had a fabulous time.
